- Payment is due before services.

- Please make sure to send us your pet's vet information. In the rare case of an emergency, we want your animals to feel comfortable with who cares for them.

- If your trip is extended out of your control, we will continue our services until you are able to return. We will send an additional invoice for unexpected care or vet bills.

- 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 75% is due 7 days before your service is set to start. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the start of service will not be refunded the 25% deposit. Cancellations received same day will also incur a $20 late cancellation fee.
